Advanced Lookup Search

In every lookup field, you can perform a search for the lookup value using multiple fields associated to the lookup entity. For example, you can perform a search in the Company lookup field using the Name, Email, and Phone of the company.

To perform the search:
  1. Click on the lookup field where you want to perform the search.



  2. From the field dropdown, select the field with which you want to perform the search.
    On changing the field value in the dropdown, the values being displayed in the list below will get sorted based on the field value selected in the dropdown.



  3. Enter the search value.
    The matching results will be displayed in the list below.
