Exclude user from security policies

Prerequisites

Permissions required to perform this action :
  1. Edit Security policies

Apply a security policy for a single user

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Go to Users, then click on a user.
  3. Click Security Policies, then click either Add User to Policy or Exclude User from Policy.

Prerequisites

Roles required to perform this action:
  1. Organization owner
  2. organization admin

Disable MFA for users

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Click Disable MFA under , then select the users who need MFA disabled.
  3. Verify yourself with your password, then click Disable.

Reset MFA for users

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Click Reset MFA under , then select the users who need MFA reset.
  3. Verify yourself with your password, then click Reset.
Note: Once MFA has been reset, the user will have to set up their MFA authentication method again the next time they sign in.
