Exclude user from security policies
Prerequisites
Permissions required to perform this action :
Edit Security policies
Apply a security policy for a single user
Sign in to
Zoho Directory
, then click
Admin Panel
in the left menu.
Go to
Users
, then click on a user.
Click
Security Policies
, then click either
Add User to Policy
or
Exclude User from Policy
.
Prerequisites
Roles required to perform this action:
Organization owner
organization admin
Disable MFA for users
Sign in to
Zoho Directory
, then click
Admin Panel
in the left menu.
Click
Disable MFA
under
, then select the users who need MFA disabled.
Verify yourself with your password, then click
Disable
.
Reset MFA for users
Sign in to
Zoho Directory
, then click
Admin Panel
in the left menu.
Click
Reset MFA
under
, then select the users who need MFA reset.
Verify yourself with your password, then click
Reset
.
Note: Once MFA has been reset, the user will have to set up their MFA authentication method again the next time they sign in.
