Increase subscription prices for existing subscriptions
Hi, Does anyone know how we could achieve the ability to increase the subscription fee for our existing customers based on a % increase. We are not yet using Zoho Billing (Subscriptions) and I'm not sure if it is a good fit for us. But we would need tochange subscription within customer portal
Would be great for the customer to be able to change their own subscription (or restart existing one) within the customer portal. Also, would like to be able to have early termination fee on subscriptions if canceled early.Custom link in the customer portal in zoho Subscriptions

We are a phone company. Sometimes, when we sign up customers, our sales team would like to provide recurring discounts on certain addons. Presently, we have no way of doing this so when we provide discounts, we are forced to simply reduce the price of the addon. This is not ideal, however, as it does not show anywhere on the invoice that a discount has been applied for that line item. There are two possible solutions to allow line item discounts: 1) Allow users to enter a negative amount for plans/addons.Can't we let users decide which options they'd like to add at embed widget?

Since this morning, we've been encountering issues with API requests, with many of them timing out unexpectedly. Is the only place to add this information in the Invoice module (as custom field for invoice)?
