      1. Only users with the <\/span><\/span>Zoho People Integration<\/span><\/span><\/b> permission can configure the integration. This is available by default for the Administrator user-profile.

      2. The user must also be an <\/span><\/span>Administrator<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b> in Zoho People<\/span><\/span><\/u> to configure the integration.<\/span><\/span>

          How to map Zoho People fields with Zoho Recruit?<\/span><\/h1>

          Customize your data management effortlessly by mapping Zoho People fields with their corresponding sections in Zoho Recruit. This configuration ensures seamless data transfer and alignment between the platforms, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in your recruitment workflow.

          To map Zoho People fields with Zoho Recruit;<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>
          1. Navigate to <\/span><\/span>Setup > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho People<\/span><\/span><\/b>.
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          2. Select a module and map Zoho People fields to corresponding Zoho Recruit fields.

          3. Click <\/span><\/span>Map<\/span><\/span><\/b> Section to link Zoho Recruit tabular sections to Zoho People.
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          4. If you wish to undo mapping, hover over the mapped section and click <\/span><\/span>Unmap<\/span><\/span><\/b>.

            1. Certain fields in both the Education Details<\/b> & Experience Details<\/b> sections will be mapped by default with Zoho People fields.

            2. Irrespective of what fields you have made mandatory in Zoho People, only a handful of fields will be made mandatory in the field mapping section of the Zoho People integration. The same applies when manually pushing candidates to Zoho People. <\/span><\/span>Listed below are the mandatory fields for both the Employee and Onboarding:<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              1. Onboarding:<\/b> First Name, Last Name & Email Address
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              2. Employee:<\/b> First Name,  Last Name, Email Address & Employee ID
                <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>
              3. Unlike Candidates & Employee module, Compensation data will not be pushed from Zoho Recruit<\/b>, but will be pulled by Zoho People. This means that only the mapping is configured in Recruit and the data validation happens on Zoho People's end.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/li><\/ol><\/span><\/div>

                Moving attachments from Recruit to People<\/span>
                <\/h2>
                While mapping Zoho Recruit field to Zoho People's <\/span><\/span>Onboarding<\/span><\/span><\/u>/<\/span><\/span>Employees<\/span><\/span><\/u> module, you will have the option to map fields with attachment categories you have in Zoho Recruit. Doing so will automatically move any attachment with the mapped category to Zoho People when you use the <\/span><\/span>Push to Onboarding<\/span><\/span><\/b> (or) <\/span><\/span>Convert as Employee<\/span><\/span><\/b> function.<\/span>

                Auto-Push Applicant Data<\/span><\/span>

                Effortlessly streamline your data flow by enabling the auto-push feature, facilitating seamless transfer of applicant data from Zoho Recruit to your designated module within Zoho People. Simplify your recruitment process with automated data synchronization for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

                1. Enable the <\/span><\/span>Automatically move candidates<\/span><\/span><\/b> to Zoho People toggle.

                2. Choose which <\/span><\/span>module<\/span><\/span><\/b> (Employees or Onboarding) you wish to push candidates to and select a candidate <\/span><\/span>status <\/span><\/span><\/b>from triggering data movement.

                3. Click<\/span><\/span> Update<\/span><\/span><\/b> to save your configuration.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                  Push Offer Details to Zoho People<\/span>

                  Easily sync offer details from Zoho Recruit to Zoho People with a dedicated section for details such as Date of Joining, CTC, and more.<\/span><\/span>

                  1. Enable the Push Offer Details to Zoho People<\/b> toggle.
                    <\/span><\/li>
                  2. A pop-up will then be displayed showing you the default field mapping<\/b> for both the Employee and Onboarding modules in Zoho People. Click Proceed<\/b>.
                    <\/span><\/li>
                  3. A separate section will then be created for Offer Details<\/b> as shown below.

                    1. While manually pushing a candidate to Zoho People, <\/span><\/span>Offer Details<\/span><\/span><\/b> will be pushed only if the user has permission to access offer fields (both module & field permissions). Similarly, for the offer letter to be pushed to People, the user performing the action should have the required <\/span><\/span>Attachment Permissions<\/span><\/span><\/b>.

                    2. The mapping of Offer Details with Zoho People fields cannot be changed.
                      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                    3. The CTC field will be pushed to Zoho People only if the value is in <\/span><\/span>per month<\/span><\/span><\/b> or <\/span><\/span>per year<\/span><\/span><\/b>.
                      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                    4. Only the <\/span><\/span>latest Offer Letter<\/span><\/span><\/b> accepted by the candidate will be pushed to Zoho People.

                    5. If a candidate has both <\/span><\/span>Permanent<\/span><\/span><\/i> & <\/span><\/span>Contract<\/span><\/span><\/i> offers active simultaneously, then only the <\/span><\/span>Permanent<\/span><\/span><\/b> offer will be pushed to Zoho People.<\/span><\/span>

                      Upon integrating with Zoho People, you will have the following actions available in Zoho Recruit;

                        Convert as Employee<\/span><\/u>

                        Effortlessly transition successful candidates into employees/users with the Convert as Employee function. Seamlessly update their details in Zoho People, initiating necessary changes and records within the system to reflect their new role within your organization.<\/span><\/span>

                        Permission Required<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/u> Only users with the Convert as Employee<\/b> profile permission can perform this action.                         Follow the steps given below to add a candidate in Zoho Recruit as an employee in Zoho People;

                        1. Go to the Candidate and click <\/span>More Actions > Convert as Employee<\/span><\/b>.

                        2. In the <\/span>Convert Candidate<\/span><\/i> page;

                          2. If you convert the candidate into a contractor, the candidate will not have access to the employee portal in Zoho People.
