Matching Job Openings  <\/span>

To match job openings with your candidates,
<\/span><\/div>
  1. Go to the <\/span>Candidates module<\/span><\/i>.
    <\/span><\/li>
  2. Click on the candidate you want to match jobs with.
    <\/span><\/li>
  3. Click on the <\/span> icon.
    <\/span><\/li><\/ol>
    A list of jobs that match with the candidate (if any) will be displayed.<\/span>

      1. Hover over the job\u2019s card view and click on the Quick Associate icon.

        1. In the list of matching jobs, click on the <\/span>Associate All <\/span><\/b>button to select all the jobs displayed in the list.

        2. To <\/span>Select/Unselect<\/span><\/b> the jobs you wish to associate the candidate with, click on the checkboxes in their card view and click on <\/span>Associate Now<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

            Refine Job Opening Matches<\/span>

            Streamline your Job Openings search for a Candidate with the Refine Match feature:<\/span><\/div>
            1. From the list of matching job openings, click Refine Match.<\/b><\/span>
              <\/span><\/li>
            2. Enter relevant keywords, desired skills, and job category to narrow down the matches.
              <\/span><\/li>
            3. Click <\/span>Search<\/span><\/b> to execute the refined Job Opening matching.
              <\/span><\/li>
            4. Associate<\/b> the most suitable Job Openings with the Candidate from the refined matches.
              <\/span><\/li>
            5. You can clear <\/b>or edit <\/b>the Refine Match criteria at any time to align the matches with your requirements.<\/span>

              1. Edit Refined Match:<\/u><\/span> <\/b>Use this option to modify the existing refinement criteria like keywords, skills, or job category. Zia will then update the matches based on your revised preferences.<\/span>

                1. Job opening records are available in your Zoho Recruit database.<\/span>

                2. The Job Description or Skill Set associated with the job opening contains relevant skills, keywords, and qualifications for Zia to identify matching candidates.<\/span>

                3. The job openings align with the candidate's skills, experience, and domain of interest. For example, if a candidate has skills related to Sales and Marketing, but all available job openings are for Software Developers, Zia may be unable to find relevant matches.<\/span>

                4. The candidate's resume or skill information is available for Zia to process and identify relevant skills and keywords for matching.<\/span>

                  How Skills Are Evaluated<\/span><\/h2>

                  Skills play the most significant role in determining a match score.<\/p>

                  When matching job openings with a candidate, Zia evaluates:<\/p>

                  • Primary Skills:<\/strong> Essential skills required for the job opening.

                  • Secondary Skills:<\/strong> Additional skills that are preferred for the job opening but are not mandatory.
