How to enable screening bot 
<\/span><\/h1>
  1. Go to Setup > Zia > Chatbot<\/b>. Enable the toggle and click Manage<\/b> under Screening Bot<\/i>.

  2. Firstly, personalize the chatbot with a Name<\/b> and Welcome Message<\/b> in the Bot Details<\/i> section.

    <\/div><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  3. You can then configure the following under the Screening Bot Configuration<\/b> section:

    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    1. Auto-trigger Screening Bot<\/b>
      This option lets you automatically send pre-screening assessments (using Screening Bot) to candidates. In case they have missed or not taken their pre-screening assessment yet, they will receive the assessment via email.
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      1. If you wish to enable the workflow rule, click the Activate Workflow Rule<\/b> button. <\/span><\/span>While viewing the workflow rule, click More<\/b> (three dots) > Activate<\/b>. <\/span><\/span>

        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      2. Once activated, the status will be reflected in the Screening Bot setup page.

      3. Screening Result<\/b>
        Enabling this option lets you display the result the bot window once candidates complete their pre-screening assessment. You can specify templated messages to be displayed upon Completion<\/b> and Disqualification<\/b>.<\/span>

      4. Allow Candidate Notes<\/b>
        This option lets you collect feedback and queries from candidates after they have completed their pre-screening assessment. Their query will then be added as a note to the respective candidate record with the title Screening Bot Feedback<\/b>.

      5. Candidates will then be able to take screening tests for the jobs they have applied for, directly from your Career Site<\/b> or Candidate Portal<\/b>.

      6. Once they have applied for a job, they will need to choose the My Applications<\/b> option to view their job applications. They will then need to click Start Screening Test<\/b> for the job they wish to take the test for.

      7. After candidates finish and submit their screening test, their answers will be stored under the Answered Assessments<\/b> section of their respective records in the Candidates module.

          How will this work IRL?<\/span>
          <\/h1>
          Let\u2019s say you are hiring for a Senior Sales Executive<\/b> role and have attached a pre-screening assessment with qualifier questions such as minimum experience<\/i> or willingness to relocate<\/i>.
          <\/span><\/div>

          Step #1: <\/span>Candidate applies<\/span>
          <\/span><\/h3>
          A candidate applies through your Career Site<\/b> or Candidate Portal<\/b>. Since the job has an attached assessment and Auto-trigger Screening Bot<\/b> is enabled, the system automatically sends the assessment link via email if the test has not yet been taken.
          <\/span><\/div>

          Step #2: <\/span>Candidate gets screened<\/span>
          <\/span><\/h3>
          The candidate clicks the link, provides consent, and completes the screening test in a conversational chat format.

          Step #3: <\/span>Qualifier Evaluation<\/span>
          <\/span><\/h3>
          If the candidate fails a qualifier question, they are automatically disqualified<\/b> and shown the configured disqualification message. If they pass, the assessment is successfully completed and recorded.

          Step #4: <\/span>Recruiter Updates<\/span>
          <\/span><\/h3>
          The candidate\u2019s responses are stored under Answered Assessments<\/b> in their record. The recruiter receives an in-product notification, and the activity is logged in the Timeline<\/b> and Activity Log<\/b>.

           Step #5: <\/span>Candidate Feedback<\/span>
          <\/span><\/h3>
          If Allow Candidate Notes<\/b> is enabled, the candidate can share feedback after completing the test. This is added as a note to both the candidate and job records.
          <\/span><\/div>

          <\/span><\/div>
          In practice, the Screening Bot automatically follows up with candidates, applies qualifier logic instantly, and keeps all records updated without manual intervention.<\/span>
          <\/div>

          How are candidates disqualified? 
          <\/span><\/h1>

          In Zoho Recruit's Assessments, <\/span><\/span>Qualifier Questions<\/span><\/span><\/b> are specific questions used to determine whether a candidate meets the minimum criteria for a job. These questions work like filters, candidates who answer them incorrectly can be automatically disqualified.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>See More<\/b><\/i><\/span> What are Qualifier Questions?<\/i><\/a><\/p>

          Now, while configuring the screening bot, you can choose to display the Screening Result of a candidate within the bot itself. If a candidate answers a Qualifier Question incorrectly while taking a bot screening test, the disqualification message configured in the setup page will be displayed within the bot window.

          For example, Are you willing to relocate? can be a qualifier question in a screening test, to which if a candidate answers No, they will be disqualified in their test.<\/div><\/span><\/div><\/span><\/div>

          Emailing screening bot tests to candidates <\/span>
          <\/h1>

          As you may already know, you can send pre-screening assessments<\/b> to candidates via email<\/i> in Zoho Recruit (using the Submit Assessment - Candidate email template). Similarly, the screening bot has it own email template named Send Assessment - Screening Bot<\/b> you can find under Setup > Customization > Templates > Email Templates<\/b><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

          Alternatively, you can also choose to edit the Submit Assessment - Candidate template<\/b> and include the Bot URL<\/b> (instead of the Assessment Form). While editing the template, select the Bot option <\/b>under Include Assessment As<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>
