[Projects 2.0] :Cannot Enter Time using the Timesheet tab for a project

I realized that I did not enter a lot of information in my last post. Let me be more specific.

I clicked on a project and then the Timesheet tab. I picked the date that I wanted to enter time for - this happened to be yesterday, June 30th.

I selected the Task from the dropdown menu on the right, I entered the notes for the task and the hours I spent on the task. I selected the Billing Status as "Billable".

When I click on "Add to Timesheet", I get the following message:
"Please enter valid time Ex: 0.23 (or) 2.06 (or) 10.10"

No matter what I enter as the time, I get the message above.
