[Projects 2.0] :client user password

How can I simply create a password for a client user? I've got one user, aarme medical, who has not been able to enter the system for weeks: She cannot remember the password, the password request feature does not seem to work (it always says something like "sorry, unable to process"), and when I delete her account and set it back up, a message says to "use the password she already has" which puts us back to the beginning, but now I have a very frustrated customer.

Clients are NEVER going to remember randomized passwords, it would be best if the project administrator could generate a password that is memorable for the project.

Can you let me know if this feature is available, and let me know how to generate a password that will enable this client to enter the system?
