Dear Zoho,

We are having issues with file names being changed when downloaded.

E.g. File Name.fil

becomes

File+Name.fil

Can you not strip out the + signs when you convert back to user. You must be storing it in the data base as a search string but when downloaded it is not being re-converted. In your data model can you not store the file with out renaming E.g. "Text String". I realize space are the issue but users always use them. Dam Microsoft.
