I downgraded my ZOHO Progects plan to "Free" last month well within you free trial period. I provided extensive feedback why the product does not meet our company's needs. I expected a refund. Instead you charged my credit card another $35.00.

When I checked my account a few moments ago, your site had my plan listed at "Premium" again.

This is UNACCEPTABLE. I expect a FULL REFUND of $70.00 IMMEDIATELY.
