[Projects 2.0] :UNAUTORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGES BY ZOHO
I downgraded my ZOHO Projects plan to "Free" last month, well within the free trial period. I provided extensive feedback as to why the product does not meet our company's needs. I expected a refund. Instead you charged me another $35.00.
When I checked my account just now, it was again listed as "Premium." What's going on?
I expect a prompt and FULL REFUND of $70.00.
