[Projects 2.0] :Upgrade/Billing Functionality

We received a message saying our payment was declined. Later, I input our payment info again and clicked "Update", only to receive an error message.

Our card info is correct and there's no reason why the transaction was declined.

Something is clearly wrong with the transaction process. If we are inconvenienced due to an account downgrade, we will not renew our account and you will lose a customer.
