[Projects 2.0] :Users cannot edit uploaded documents

[Projects 2.0] :Users cannot edit uploaded documents

Hello, I have a problem in which my users upload documents which previously we could share and all work on, now the documents they upload get locked as "read only".

I've tried to change users roles, but it doesn't allow editing even on admin permissions.

Am I missing how we can share documents again? Or is that a feature that was removed?
