[Projects 2.0] :Zoho Projects: Adding Tags once a document has been uploaded?

I can't find where to add additional tags once a document or image has been uploaded into zoho. I see where you can add tags if you want to upload items one at a time, but if you bulk upload items, how can you tag those items later?
