3つのポイントに分けて、活用ポイントをご説明いただきました。
シナリオ①(CRM、Campaigns、SalesIQ)の運用イメージ
CRM、Campaigns、SalesIQの3つのサービスを活用したシナリオ施策を元に、活用法の具体例をご説明します。
顧客の商品購入への検討状態を捉えるために、Campaignsを利用したメルマガ配信や、Web上の行動追跡を行うためにSalesIQを利用。
本シナリオのポイントは以下になります。
CRM Plusで利用するサービス選択のステップ
説明は3つのステップに分けて進めます。
パッケージサービスを契約していると、多くのサービスを使わなければと感じることもありますが、ここでは「課題に合わせて必要なサービスを選ぶ」という視点でご説明します。
グループワーク:見込み客・顧客データ、どう貯めて、どう活用していますか?
上記のテーマでセッションを実施しました。
この数ヶ月でZohoサービスの利用を始めたばかりの方から、何年も使い続けているベテランユーザーの方まで、さまざまなフェーズのユーザー同士で意見や経験を共有していただきました。
お話しされた内容抜粋:
- 名刺をEightで読み込み、CSVファイルで出力してCRMに連携している。
- カスタムタブを作成し、そのタブに見込み客に相当するデータを貯めている。
懇親会
セッション中に時間の都合で取り上げられなかった質問をZoho社員や他のユーザーの方に聞く方や、
ユーザー同士でざっくばらんに雑談を楽しまれる方など、リラックスした雰囲気の中で交流されている様子が印象的でした。

Add VAT/Tax line to bank adjustments
When categorising transactions and matching bank feeds with transactions such as customer payments, we use the "Add Adjustment" to add things like fees/bank fees. It would be useful to choose a VAT/Tax rate here. Whilst there is a bank charges option when adding a payment, this goes into the default bank charges account.
