今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から問い合わせタブのアップデートをご紹介します。
問い合わせタブ上で関連するメールをまとめて確認でき、さらに同じ画面から個別または一括でメール送信ができるようになりました。
※「問い合わせ」タブとは問い合わせ管理に特化したタブです。

【過去に送信したメールの確認方法】
問い合わせタブを選択したあと、任意の問い合わせをクリックすると以下キャプチャのような詳細画面に遷移します。赤枠で囲われている箇所で過去に送信した問い合わせを確認することができます。

1. 問い合わせタブからのメール送信
問い合わせデータにアクセスすると、[メールを送信する]ボタンが表示され、クリックでメールを作成できるようになりました。

以下キャプチャは「メールを送信する」タブを押した後に表示されます。
このとき、関連連絡先のメインメールアドレスが宛先に自動入力されます。サブのメールアドレスが連絡先タブで登録されている場合は、以下キャプチャのようにサジェストされます。
問い合わせタブの一覧表示から任意のデータを選択して、メールを送信することも可能です。
2. メール関連リスト
問い合わせデータ詳細画面に「メール」の関連リストが追加され、該当の問い合わせに関連する全てのメールを表示できるようになりました。
2つのフィルターを使ってメールを絞り込むことが可能です。メールは2つのフィルターで絞り込みが可能です。
①問い合わせ - Zoho CRMから送信されたメール
問い合わせタブの「メールを送信する」ボタンで送信したメールは、自動で関連リスト「メール」に同期されます。一括送信やワークフロー経由のメールも対象です。
②関連する連絡先に関連付けられているメール
プルダウンから「関連する連絡先に関連付けられているメール」を選択します。すると、右に新たに「すべてのメール」のタブが出現します。
「すべてのメール」タブを押すと、関連する連絡先タブに登録されている全てのメールアドレスがプルダウンで表示されます。
3.一括送信
問い合わせタブのメールテンプレートを使い、複数の問い合わせに一括メール送信が可能になりました。
複数の問い合わせを選択して「メールを作成する」を押下すると、以下の画面が表示されます。
「Select Template」を押すと以下の画面が表示されます。
4.フィルター
問い合わせタブに「メールの状況」フィルターを追加し、特定期間内の最新のメールステータスで問い合わせを絞り込めるようになりました。
5.メールのレポート
レポートタブでメールのレポートを確認するとき、問い合わせタブに関連するメールも全て表示されるようになりました。

Standard Description Field - Can I change label or add dd tooltip
