1st Initial in Name Fields should automatically be capitalized

Need to have the 1st initial in the First Name and the 1st initial in Last Name fields to always or automatically be upper case when entering data from the web or the system, but especially the web. It provides clean data, if we are capturing names of people from the web and sending autoresponders, nothing looks worse than replying to someone by first name or last name in is lower case. Plus you always have to go back and clean the records up so they look right when corresponding with a candidate or contact and change the 1st initial in the first and last name to capital letters. This is been done by other CRM systems we use, there is a way to program those two fields. If I enter my first name as lorenzo wilson and there is an autoresponder, then my email will come back Hi lorenzo, that looks very "tacky". Plus to prevent that from happening in the future I have to go back and check every candidate name to may sure that its capitalized. If I am getting contact info on client and they enter their name in lower case, then my replies to them will be in lower case until I go in and fix the record. But if really cant use or trust the autoresponder because it going to look bad when you reply "Thanks you Ms jones" for reaching out. People enter most data from there phone where the upper and lower case functionality is not something lots of people will deal with, they just enter the information in lower case, so in order to get get consistent data, thats a feature that really, really need to happen. If I have a candidate in the system already, but need to have them fill out a form or provide addition information. I have to create a separate field for "Your First Name" the first name is in there correctly, if the responsd to the form and enter their name in lower case then that changes it and the responders will come in lower case.
