I signed up for zoho porjects but i cant access any of the functions...
i cant start a project

the help section says

How to create a new project ? (Top)
To create a new project,you can use the settings>company settings, add new project.

but i cant find that nor the edit buttons nor any buttons

maybe the system requirements fopr me to be an administrator on the computer i use are in effect?
i see only

projects: no projects

users: myslef logged in

and the following script

but no controls or places to click at all
