3 showstopper problems - Function, Formula Field, Loading
I am facing 3 serious problems as I approach a Go Live deadline. Has anyone ever experienced any of these 3 issues: (btw, we switched to the new UI 4+ weeks ago and can't switch back)
A. Ghost function: I am trying to delete an unnecessary Lookup field and I can't because Zoho claims it's used in a function that does not exist, what I call a Ghost function.
1. Event.Staffing_Status_2326100000001224424() I had a
function called Event.Staffing_Status (without the ID). I deleted the function, re-created it with a different name, and the error persists. I would do an export and look at the .ds, but the app will no longer download an export since moving to the new UI. Zoho Support resolved that once, and it's broken again. I opened an older Export and see 2 calls to the Ghost function, and other calls to it's correct name at that time Event.Staffing_Status()
B. Formula Field: I can no longer add another Formula field to one Form. When I try, it says "All reports involving this field also will be deleted Do you really want to change expression". But I'm not changing, I'm adding ?
C. Loading: The same form, when I try to edit any record (by clicking the pencil) on any report on that form, it says "Loading" forever and never brings up the record. This occurs when the Visibility is set to All Fields, which I need to use so that form code will run. If I switch visiblity to "Only visible fields", it brings up the record for editing, as it should.
Zoho support is looking into C, but I don't know how long that will take and I'm stuck until I can resolve these 3 issues.
I'm having a crisis of confidence in Creator - any help, guidance or direction would be appreciated.
