Il a également enregistré un nouveau domaine pour héberger le nouveau fournisseur de services de messagerie, ce qui lui a donné l'occasion de l'explorer avec un œil neuf.
Une fois qu'il a été satisfait du service et des fonctionnalités du nouveau fournisseur de services de messagerie, il a décidé de migrer l'ensemble de l'organisation.

Se préparer c'est déjà la moitié du succès
Personne ne veut se retrouver bloqué sur son compte ou ne pas savoir comment naviguer dans une nouvelle messagerie. Pour éviter cela, informez les employés du processus de migration, y compris de leurs nouveaux identifiants, de la date à laquelle il sera terminé et de ce qui sera migré.
Par exemple, M. Kim n'avait pas l'intention de migrer la corbeille, il a donc informé tous les employés à l'avance, partagé les identifiants de connexion avant la migration et pris contact avec eux en cas de problème. Il les a également préparés au nouvel environnement avec une démonstration.
Décidez des éléments à migrer
Un déménagement est l'occasion de faire le ménage, la migration est le moment idéal pour se débarrasser des anciennes données indésirables et des doublons. Personne ne connaît les données comme le département qui les utilise, c'est pourquoi M. Kim les a inclus dans le processus de décision.
