5 easy ways to manage tasks - Post Two
In continuation with our earlier post on managing tasks, here are 5 more ideas.
1. Add a task:
Simply tap 'T' from the task classic view to open the New Task form.
2. Reorder task lists:
Tap the ellipses icon in the upper-right corner of the task classic view and select Reorder Task List. Hover over a task list and drag and drop the reorder icon (
) to change its position.

Select a task and hold 'Shift' before selecting the next task down the order. All the tasks in between will be selected.
4. Clear dates:
Click the clear dates icon to remove start and end dates from the task classic view.
5. Critical tasks:
Click the critical task icon to mark all critical tasks in the task classic view.
