I am having issues with my form after a payment is made. I opened a ticket with Zoho Support more than 10 days ago about this issue, but I still have not received a solution or fix for this. I am hoping someone else might have some insight on what is going on. Please help because I keep getting an error page when payment is made using any Zoho form and my clients need their application to go LIVE in a few days.
Here is a description of the problem:
When I test the form from the application itself while logged in, I can submit a form, make a Payment and it redirects me back to the form. That part is no problem if I do it internally from the application. I get the Transaction ID and everything with no problem.
However, if I publish the form and I use a published URL, and I make a payment through the published form, after payment, the page is supposed to redirect to another URL, but instead, I get a 500 error page (see attachment). I have tried to set up a redirect through Zoho Creator > Edit Form > Form Settings, but it didn’t work. I also tried to set up a redirect from the Publish Form Settings. I also tried to set up the auto redirect through PayPal, but nothing seems to work. I am not sure why I keep getting the error page.
The issue happens with all payment forms in more than one of my clients applications. I have a business paypal account and I tested it with both my LIVE account and my SandBox account. I even created a very simple test form without any custom scripts and the problem is still there. Which makes me think that there is a problem with Zoho Creator PayPal integration or I am missing something.

Here are the steps of what happens:
Step 1 - First I submit a test form from the published URL above
Step 2 - Page redirects to PayPal and I click “Pay Now”. It goes through with no problem
Step 3 - I click “Return” then it tells me that it will redirect me
Step 4 - After a few seconds, the 500 Error page comes up (see attachment).
Step 5 - The transaction ID never comes through if I use the published form (only when I submit internally)
This seems to happen every single time if I use the published form. Not sure what is going on. It is supposed to redirect to another page. I have tried everything. Please help.

There is also another issue with the iFrame forms. When I submit a form in an iFrame, it does not even take me to PayPal at all. It says redirecting, but nothing happens.
