A few problems

Hi - we just chose Zoho Projects over Basecamp because it has so many amazing features that Basecamp lacks. But we are encountering problems, and I have some suggestions, which I would appreciate if you would help us out with:

1. A project has appeared in our projects list called "New Project." We did not create it, and we cannot get rid of it. Please help us delete it.
2. When we are in a project on any page other than the dashboard, there is no indication which project we are in, except at the top of the browser. It would be helpful if the project name in the project list was highlighted in some way, and that at the top of the screen somewhere it said the project name.
3. Users: it would be useful if we could easily create users other than the creator who have full access to all projects, and don't need to be added to each project individually.
4. The timer: it would be useful if while the timer is running, it would show how much time has passed, instead of just showing the timer sign.
