I was wondering if it is possible to create group chats via a custom message action utilizing Deluge?  We currently have a channel where people go to bring up issues, so we are constantly forking conversations from this channel.  The biggest issue with this is that in Cliq there is no indication that the conversation was forked, so our current convention is to reply to the original message with a link to the forked conversation.  This is a bit tedious and sometimes people will forget to add the link, resulting in multiple forked conversations.

To solve this, I want to make a custom message action which will essentially reproduce the existing fork logic so that it can automatically post the reply and link all at once.  The trouble I'm having is that I can't find a way to create a group chat/add people to a group chat using Deluge which seems like it should be possible to do?  Does anyone know if this is possible?  It is hard to get a good answer from the documentation cause it seems to be all over the place and sometimes contains contradicting information.
