Ability to tag users by Skill Set, Location, Level within the organisation

Ability to tag users by Skill Set, Location, Level within the organisation

Within Zoho projects, is there a clever method to tag users based on parameters like:
- Skill set
- Seniority
- Geographic location
- Department etc.

This will be very useful to assign tasks based on skills availability and location-wise resource availability.

Also this will be useful to generate reports based on the parameters.
