Ability to turn off "Would you like this amount to be reflected in the Payment field?" message

Is there any way to turn off the message" Would you like this amount to be reflected in the Payment field?" when I make a payment? This is so annoying.

This happens EVERY TIME I put an amount in the Payment Made field.
