Academic Research: Perceptions of Organizational Justice in the Technology Industry

My name is Alexandria Simms, and I am a student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am conducting a research study on the perceptions of organizational justice in the technology industry as part of my dissertation requirement for the Ph.D. Organizational Leadership program. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in disseminating this information about my research to anyone who may be interested.

Eligibility Requirements: 

 

  • Work in the technology industry  
  • Work in a technology role; software engineer, developer, IT analyst, etc. 
  • May work exclusively remotely, exclusively in office, or a hybrid schedule 
  • May work with other contractors/employees who are in the same or different city, state, or country 
  • May speak the same or different language as the primary language spoken by your corporate office 
  • Age 18 and older 

 

Eligible participants will complete a survey through the attached Zoho Survey link


It takes about 20 minutes or less to complete all three steps. Participation in the study is voluntary, and participants can opt-out during this process without penalty or retribution. The results from each survey will be kept confidential and destroyed at the conclusion of the research.
