Hi Zoho, Here are some of the issues and concerns I’m facing while attempting to create payment workflows in Zoho creator. 

1. Creating a payment workflow for a stateless form doesn’t seem possible. Can a stateless form trigger a payment workflow on insert records to main form? 

2. Once a payment is made there is no connection between the payment (Checkout) record and the Creator record. There is no value that I can find to display payment status or transaction ID. 

3. Enabling the payment creates a page in checkout. There is no option to customized the page title. So it appends a title that cannot be changed and the formatting doesn’t look good as it uses the app url.

4. There is no ability to view the payment or refund the payment in Creator. 

5. There is no option to enable coupons on the payment page. Why disable this feature on the Checkout side?

6. There is no way add permission/roles on the auto created checkout account. So users have access to all payment pages.
