i am unable to login into my account. It says access denied. I had stored 1000s of records in my application. It is all gone. When i contacted the support team through email. They they are working on it. It has been over a week and they are still working on it.

I had shared the application with colleague. He is also unable to access the application. This is a very serious matter for my organization. 

This has been a big disappointment.
