Access restriction by IP address or range (urgent!)

I seem to remember having seen somewhere that access to Creator apps can be locked down to specified IP numbers. However I can't find this feature anywhere now, and can't find any reference to it in the documentation. Has this been disabled? Anyone got a reference URL or some advice for me??
