I would like to access a form via an "Edit" button, which basically calls a function.

I would like to create an Edit custom action which I can access from within Report_A row (i.e., per record), but I would only require a pop-up of a particular subform. The subform is accessing another form, Form_B. 

Would it be possible to do this, i.e. create a function to access Form_B a a pop-up window, by clicking on the Edit button within Report_A? Any idea what the function would look like?
