Account Lookup Search Tooltip

We have Account Lookup fields in several modules. From what we can tell, the info that shows up in the “hover info” box (see black box below) is based on the Business Card view. However, the “Website” field is NOT in our business card view, but it’s showing up in the info hover box. Why is Website showing up here, and how can we replace it with a different field?
