in our company we have a lot of leads, then be converted to accounts, but after 120 days, those accounts could be captured by marketing team as new leads, assign again to teams.

so what I want to do is:

to delete the account, then create new leads, with the correct phone number and previous follow up records such as notes or tasks.

Do you think I can use some functions to do it by 1 click?
