If you are a Microsoft Teams user who is also a part of the Zoho Projects portal, you can now access the Zoho Projects Bot and start working on projects directly from your Teams workspace.

Consider a scenario where you would like to add a comment to an existing task from your Microsoft Teams portal. You can type @Zoho Projects in your team’s Conversations tab and select the Zoho Projects bot. If an associated user updates any of the task fields or adds a comment, an action card will be displayed in the Zoho Projects Bot from where you can add the comment.

Similarly, you can also change the task owner, or mark the task as complete from the action cards from your Microsoft Teams portal. Learn more about Microsoft Teams Integration.
