Add "Ask Zia" Functionality for Report Creation in Zoho Desk

We’ve noticed that Zoho CRM offers a very useful feature called "Ask Zia", which allows users to enter natural language prompts to generate reports quickly and easily using Zia's AI capabilities.

Currently, Zoho Desk does not support a similar "Ask Zia" feature for report creation. This functionality would be extremely helpful for support managers and agents who want to quickly generate insights about tickets, agent performance, customer trends, and more—without needing to manually configure complex reports.

We kindly request you to consider adding "Ask Zia" for Reports in Zoho Desk, similar to what’s available in Zoho CRM. This enhancement would:

  • Improve accessibility for non-technical users.

  • Speed up the reporting process.

  • Provide on-the-fly insights into support operations.
