Add link to emails that are in timeline view
Suggest adding links to an email that is shown in the timeline view for a Contact or Lead. This would be helpful to quickly access the email to see its content.
A second suggestion would be to have a preview window open when hovering over an item that is shown in the timeline view. The preview window could be clicked to open the record if desired.
