Add Reauthentication Option for Zoho Bug Tracker Integration in Zoho Desk

We hope you're doing well.

We would like to request an enhancement to the Zoho Bug Tracker integration within Zoho Desk.

Current Limitation:
At the moment, there is no option to reauthenticate the Zoho Bug Tracker integration in Zoho Desk.

If we need to update the authentication details (for example, to change the connected email address), the only available option is to delete and recreate the integration, which is not ideal and may disrupt existing configurations.

Inconsistency:

We’ve noticed that in the Zoho Projects integration, there is already a reauthentication option available, allowing users to update credentials without removing the integration.

Since Zoho Bug Tracker is part of Zoho Projects, this inconsistency is confusing and creates an unnecessary limitation in Zoho Desk.







Feature Request:

We kindly request to add a “Reauthenticate” option for the Zoho Bug Tracker integration in Zoho Desk, similar to the one available for Zoho Projects.

This should allow users to:
  1. Update the connected account/email
  2. Refresh credentials securely
  3. Avoid deleting and recreating the integration
