Adding data via email
I have a main form called New Request and a stateless form called Update Request Status. Employees will enter requests via the form on our website. The details are then emailed to the employee for confirmation. Is it possible to have the employee add data to their existing request (i.e. record) via email? Or is it only used for adding NEW records?
