Addition of 'Not Applicable' as a Status
In the absence of user customizable status settings in Zoho, we would like the status of "Not Applicable" added. We build very robust templates and inevitably there are a handful of items that are not applicable to every project. Currently we have to add a note and then close the item. This is time consuming. We do NOT want to simply delete the task as this creates a situation where we are unable to determine if the task was deleted because it was Not applicable or it might have been deleted in error.
