Recruitment is just a succession of stages and steps. For which step would you like to see AI implemented into Zoho Recruit ?

I'll start :

- Automatic translation of the ad on the career site. 
You create one version in Recruit back-end, but candidates can switch to different languages if needed (in France, even for role where French is not needed, an ad has to be written in French too.... yeah stupid i know, but that's the law. So i have to create 2 ads sometimes)
