As you can see from the attached picture the issue I'm experiencing has something to do with HTML escapes.
It seems Zoho sends HTML link code (subject column) with < and > instead of < and >. This leads the code to be incorrectly interpreted by the web browser as plain text instead of HTML.
Any advice to resolve this issue?
