Allow user to add "choices" to a drop down list

Hi,

Is there a way to include in a form a tool allowing the user to edit (directly from within the form) the choices available in a list (drop menu, check box...) to either add an option or change the options listed? If not, is there a way to add (next to the concerned field) a "button" or hyperlink pointing to a page where the user can edit the values available in the list?  The "Allow other choice" option is NOT an option as this only allows the user to add a value not in the list for this one form submission, it does not change the choices. I'm looking for a way to allow the user to change the values of the list while filling a form without having to go in form editing mode (form builder).
