Allowing for multi-level depth on folders where documents are stored

It would be nice to have multiple levels of folders where documents are stored.  For example, under the Documents tab, instead of having just the ability to create a list of folders, have a feature where folders can be created within folders.  This would be a huge asset to managing project organization.
