Zoho pitches their service as easy to use and mobile compatible....but they neglect to make it clear that certain features do not work well on mobile devices. And the new Android Creator app does not handle subforms with image uploads.

So I invested a lot of time and money creating and app that allows us to create work order tickets for our field service tech. Everything we do is documented by photos. It can be 5 photos or 20 depending on the job.

So I created a work order ticket form using subforms for adding notes and photos only to find out these features are not supported in the Android app (After I purchase 5 Android tablets).

So I need a way to tie a service detail report with a varying amount of photos to a single work order ticket.

I'd appreciate any assistance. Time is of the essence.
