Any other choices or ways to change the "Theme & Pattern"

The colors are so washed out on the screen. Red looks like pink etc. You can barely see the patterns.
If this is something we are using all day to manage our business it would be helpful to have more choices in the color spectrum at the very least. Richer more vibrant colors and patterns shouldn't be too hard to do. Unless I'm missing something. Or even upload a custom background photo would be great. thx for any help.
