Any way to get Minimum Date in a Creator report?

Any way to get Minimum Date in a Creator report?

I'm trying to figure out some way I can use a minimum aggregate function (or conceptually comparable approach) on a date field in a Creator report. If there were a Min/Max option like there is for numeric fields in a basic list report with grouping, that would work - but there's not. I tried to use a pivot report, but date fields do not appear to have a min/max calculation option here either.

Is there any way that this can be accomplished with reports (I know it can probably be done with custom html views)?
