API error code 15 when create an expense with attachment

when I try to create an expense with an attachment API "
https://books.zoho.com/api/v3/expenses"
returns this error:

Response HTTP Status Code : 400 Response HTTP Body : {"code":15,"message":"Please ensure that receipt has less than 100 characters."}
where am I doing wrong ?
