I am planning to upgrade to a paid version. I see that there is an annual payment option where I can get email assistance.
My question is as to what extent the assistance is given? If I am planning to build an elaborate application, will I get help all the way through?? Also, what's the response time?? etc.
On a sidenote, I will be integrating it with Zoho CRM which will be integrated with Quickbooks.
