I have set up a user as the highest permission of approver in the company and I have entered Expense Report (test).  Everything works (email alert, input, output), EXCEPT when the Approver actually goes to approve the report.  It says:

 

"You are not allowed to access this data.  Contact your administrator"

 

How should proceed...since I guess I am the administrator :-/
