Are there real time collaboration functions for documents or spreadsheets?
I know that there are real time collaboration functions when you start or open a document or spreadsheet through docs.zoho.com, however I would like to store all of my documents within my project portal and have staff members access any documents through the portal. Currently when I go to open a spreadsheet or document through my project portal I don't see any real time collaboration features such as who's currently viewing or editing the document etc.
Is there a way to access those features through Zoho projects? If not what is the best way to share documents to users assigned to the project but would force them to edit the document through docs.zoho.com?
